Markus F. Hecker
Chief Operating Officer

Markus Hecker, Chief Operating Officer, turned SiteLink into the worldwide industry leader in self-storage and property management software. With over 13,000 users, SiteLink enjoys the largest, fastest-growing customer base of any self-storage software. Markus has been with SiteLink since its inception in 1996. He is instrumental in development and sales and is intimately familiar with storage operations. He has established lasting relationships with owners and managers of single and multi-store operations. Under Markus' leadership, SiteLink has emerged as a favorite among 70% of the nation's top 100 operators. Markus has led the sales team to win more ISS Best of Business Management Software awards and MSM Facility of the Year awards than any other management software company.

He previously served on the North Carolina Self Storage Association Board of Directors. Markus has eighteen years sales experience and holds degrees from North Carolina State University in Business and French Literature.

Ross W. Lampe
Chief Executive Officer

Ross Lampe is the President, founder, and Chief Executive Officer of SiteLink, the most powerful, user-friendly program for self-storage management. Ross founded SiteLink in 1996 and is responsible for much of the company's innovation and strategic direction. He is the architect of SiteLink Web Edition, a new product providing the best online-business architecture in the industry. Web Edition takes the proven, popular qualities of SiteLink 2007 to the next level, offering a multitude of new cost-saving features. Prior to founding SiteLink, Ross was Head of Technology in North America for Ericsson Telecommunications and responsible for RF chip sets and radio technologies. Before spearheading engineering at Ericsson, Ross held leadership roles in defense-related developments in the United States and overseas. He has degrees from North Carolina State University in Industrial Engineering and a PH.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
